Please unplug your device if it's charging and power it off completely. If the spill is small wipe it away if not you should alert your teacher—they'll direct you from there!

Chromebooks from every school in the district are transferred to the high school, and are brought down to the helpdesk (usually in black and red containers). That’s where all of the Chromebook repairs for the district take place! Students have the option to work on Chromebooks in the help desk as a class they handle a large amount of the repairs throughout the year.

Nope! As mentioned in the care instructions, neither the Chromebook, the charger, nor the case is your property. These all belong to the school and you’ll eventually turn them in.

If your Chromebook is extremely dirty, use isopropyl alcohol (choose the highest percentage available) on a microfiber cloth. Wipe gently—don't use a ton of liquid. Be careful and keep it simple.
